Rockwood Castle is hilltop property located in Gondav Green among green scenery. It has 4 Bedrooms, 2 on upper floor along with kitchen, courtyard and living room. Rest 2 Bedroom are situated at ground floor with separate entry way. Property comes up with infinity swimming pool where you can enjoy water games with breathtaking valley view.
House Rule
- Guest can Check in at property after 1 PM till 10 PM in night and need to Check out till 11 AM next day. Extra hours or customized check-in & check-out time are subject to management decision and if permitted will be mentioned in payment receipt.
- Outdoor Music Allowed till 9.30 PM. Guest can play music in indoor if needed at moderate volume.
- Swimming Pool till 10.30 PM. Breaking bottles in pool water is strictly prohibited. If found management reserve rights to recover damage and force guest to check out at odd hours.
- Caretaker will be only available till 10.30 for service. and will be available in night only for emergency cause.
- Guest must present valid ID proof at the time of check-in (Any one from Group)
- Receipt amount only includes stay price. Food is not included in price. If taken will be billed separately or will be mentioned in receipt accordingly.
- Guest can use kitchen free of cost for casual purpose like water, milk boiling, reheating food and other minor use. In case guest want to use kitchen for full meal preparation kitchen charge of Rs. 2,000 will be applicable.
- Remaining balance need to be paid at the time of check in only.
- Refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000 to be paid at the time of check in and will be refunded at the time of check out if no damage done.
- Guest should check for any damage or incompetency at the time of check-In and inform it immediately to caretaker. Otherwise it will be considered as damage done by guest and recovery will be done accordingly.
- Extra person beyond mentioned capacity will be charged extra Rs. 500 per person.
- For power outrage there is partial power backup facility, no refund or discount will be given for any major issue due to natural cause.
- If booking is cancelled 21 days prior due date full refund will be provided. If cancelled 14 days prior due date 50% of advance amount will be refunded. And in case of cancellation done within 7 days of due date, no refund will be provided.
Transport
- By Train – You can alight at Khopoli Railway Station and Book a Private or Shared Auto and reach to destination (Approx. Distance 22 KM)
- By Personal Vehicle – You can continue journey from Mumbai till Khalapur toll plaza and can take first exit after toll and follow route to Pali road to reach the destination (Approx. Distance 10.5 KM)
- By Rental Vehicle – Either you can book a private cab from your starting destination and reach to property with the help of map. Or you can reach to khopoli city by train or any other mean and ask care taker to arrange transport facility from khopoli to property at extra cost.
